As you may have recognized from the logo, Radville BMX is a homage to the infamous brand that once stood in Rockville, Maryland. It was the home to many of the legendary riders and World Tours that were customary each summer thru the 80's. They hosted a local track and sponsored many riders in the area. It was an integral part of the East Coast BMX culture, spilling over to the Southern California scene with many riders emerging from the area to contribute their talents to the greater sport. The local bike shop scene has changed quite a bit from those days and what was once a thriving mail order order business has spilled over to the convenience the internet provides today. While Technology is great, it can never replace the importance of the local bike shop and its place in the community for riders. As a Maryland brand, Vinny founded Radville BMX to give back to the local roots, pay respect to the Old School and embrace the new school era with a local bike shop to support riders. Radville BMX was established to focus on 3 important components to the BMX community: Events, Experience & Bikes. Fun Fact - Ron, Brian and Dave always looked forward to the tour stop in Maryland and did their first show there in the summer of 1985.
