The Tour opened in Seattle at SeaTac BMX in Washington State. Joined by Special Guest Simon Tabron and added several local riders plus Juan Carlos & Yellow joined Ron, Brian & Dave to kick off the event.
Hosted by Legendary and Germany's BMX HOF latest inductee, Stephan Prantl, the Cologne show was held in conjunction with the BMX Worlds. It was a big air show coupled with the Ron, Brian & Dave show for fans from all over Europe to launch the European leg of the tour. Artwork for Koln by Taj.
The team headed to Paris, in between the Olympic Games in France, for a Ride Out thru the City of Lights. Joined by France Legend Alex Jumelin, he and Dave Nourie put on a clinic and show at the Eiffel Tower to the delight of the ride out crew and tourists alike.
The Team travelled across the English Channel to the UK and after a stop in Pagham, they did a show at iconic Harrow Park. Ron, Brian & Dave plus Simon Tabron, Juan Carlos, Yellow and joined by Stephane from France for an epic day.
The next day the team travelled north to Darwen to ride the fantastic facilities at Junction 4 Skatepark in Darwen. Great facilities and a top notch crew at Junction 4, it was a fantastic event.
The team performed the finale' in NYC at Cunningham Park in Queens. The show was followed by a Ride out and Flatland Jam in Times Square the following day.
Brian Blyther, Ron W, and Kevin Martin joined Dave for a Weekend at Nourie's to promote the 2024 Tour! Featuring Nourie's Bike Academy Arena in Ashland, Talent Skatepark, and Medford Skatepark. Ramp testing at Radville BMX was a lot of fun and super productive. Vernon had his first session back in 5 months and pulled a flip on 3 consecutive runs. The ramp was set up and ready for the next show. Stay tuned for details on the next venue and be sure to check out the latest video.
The BUCKEYE BIKE SHOW IN DAYTON, OHIO featured the King of the Skateparks Eddie Fiola, who led a Flatland jam at the Dayton Dragons stadium in the promenade area as the ride out led by Stu Thomsen left Carillon Historic Park. The route went through historic Dayton past the Funk Music Hall of Fame, live music at Levitt Pavilion, and along the Mad River. The show was epic and we enjoyed an encore presentation of the movie Rad with a special guest appearance by star Bill Allen as Cru Jones with commentary from Stuntman Eddie Fiola.
Elvis may have left the building but he'll be back next year. Sunfest 2023. Stoked for 2024. Coming in October. Meanwhile, let's enjoy the Tour!
